Director & Instructor
Mrs. Anntoinette Bellamy
Annie's Beauty Academy is owned and operated by Mrs. Anntoinette Bellamy.
With over 35 years of industry experience, Mrs. Bellamy serves as the Academy's Administrator, Director and an instructor.
Mrs. Bellamy attended Gordan Phillips Beauty School in the Mayfair section of Northeast Philadelphia in 1994 where she received her cosmetology license.
She was blessed to work alongside some amazing stylist in the Philadelphia area before opening her own home-based salon.
After relocating to Central PA, in 2010 Mrs. Bellamy owned and operated Jazzy Ladies Day Spa, which was a mobile day spa for kids servicing all of Central PA.
She quickly grew the business and decided to open a brick-and-mortar location in Mechanicsburg PA in 2012.
It wasn't long before she decided it was time to return to school for her Cosmetology Teachers License. Her love and passion for Instructing changed the course of her career. She says that this was when she truly found her footing and place in the industry.
Through prayer, hard work, and dedication, Annie's Beauty Academy was created to help other inspiring beauty industry professionals bring their dreams to fruition.
In her free time, Mrs. Bellamy enjoys spending time with her husband and family over a home-cooked meal while cheering for her favorite NFL team, the Eagles!

Instructor
Ms. megan Brillhart
Megan has been a licensed esthetician since 2018.
She brings a wealth of experience from the med spa industry and six successful years of owning her own salon and spa where she specializes in lash extensions.
After teaching lash extension application for many years, Megan has become an expert in the field and a trusted mentor for aspiring beauty professionals.
As an educator at Annie's Beauty Academy, Megan combines her deep industry expertise with a hands-on compassionate approach to teaching.
Her mission is to empower future estheticians to excel, innovate, and embrace their passion for making others feel beautiful.
She believes that learning esthetics is about more than mastering techniques, it's about fostering creativity, confidence, and connecting with the students and clients.
Instructor
Ms. Shawn Rae Feimster
Ms. Shawn Rae obtained her cosmetology license in 1985 at Empire Beauty School in Harrisburg Pa.
She worked as a full time Master Cosmetologist/Salon owner for several years before going back to school to obtain her Cosmetology instructors license in Philadelphia Pa in 2009.
Ms. Shawn Rae has owned multiple salons throughout the years. And has employed a multitude of stylist.
She also teaches online and hands on advanced cosmetology classes to educate licensed stylist and facilitate education to up-and-coming cosmetology instructors as well.
Her passion for teaching has stretched across several states including Pennsylvania, Connecticut, North Carolina and Atlanta Georgia.
Ms. Shawn Rae Feimster is a Master Cosmetologist and Instructor who loves the beauty culture profession.

Ms. Carrie Pena
Carrie has been a licensed massage therapist for over 25 years and a licensed esthetician for 4 years.
She's originally from New Mexico, which is where she received her massage therapy license.
Carrie has called PA her home for the past 8 years which is where she received her esthetics license.
She started her esthetics career at Hand and Stone in Camp Hill, PA. while building her clientele for her home-based spa.
Carrie is excited to share her knowledge and expertise with the students at Annie's Beauty Academy.
Teaching is a true passion for Carrie. She's eager to mentor students in their growth and passion for the beauty industry as well as for those that may be interested in growing their own business as she has done.

Mrs. Janessa buck
Janessa has been a licensed nail technician since 2020.
Her passion for nails began long before her professional career. From a young age, she was drawn to the creativity and artistry that nail design offers, turning that passion into a rewarding career in the beauty industry.
Known for her exceptional attention to detail, she specializes in character art, portrait work, and creative nail designs that transform nails into miniature works of art.
Throughout her career, she has taught nail art classes online and has mentored fellow nail technicians. Her passion for education and helping others grow naturally led her to the classroom.
As an educator at Annie’s Beauty Academy, Janessa combines hands-on learning with encouragement, creativity, and a genuine enthusiasm for the craft while introducing students to new techniques and possibilities within the industry.
She believes that nail education is about more than mastering techniques—it's about exploring new ideas, pushing creative boundaries, and realizing that you are capable of far more than you ever imagined.
