Director & Instructor

Mrs. Anntoinette Bellamy

Annie's Beauty Academy is owned and operated by Mrs. Anntoinette Bellamy.

With over 35 years of industry experience, Mrs. Bellamy serves as the Academy's Administrator, Director and an instructor.

Mrs. Bellamy attended Gordan Phillips Beauty School in the Mayfair section of Northeast Philadelphia in 1994 where she received her cosmetology license.

She was blessed to work alongside some amazing stylist in the Philadelphia area before opening her own home-based salon.

After relocating to Central PA, in 2010 Mrs. Bellamy owned and operated Jazzy Ladies Day Spa, which was a mobile day spa for kids servicing all of Central PA.

She quickly grew the business and decided to open a brick-and-mortar location in Mechanicsburg PA in 2012.

It wasn't long before she decided it was time to return to school for her Cosmetology Teachers License. Her love and passion for Instructing changed the course of her career. She says that this was when she truly found her footing and place in the industry.

Through prayer, hard work, and dedication, Annie's Beauty Academy was created to help other inspiring beauty industry professionals bring their dreams to fruition.

In her free time, Mrs. Bellamy enjoys spending time with her husband and family over a home-cooked meal while cheering for her favorite NFL team, the Eagles!

Meet the Team

Instructor

Mrs. Hannah Medellin

Hannah has been working in the beauty industry for 8 years.

A 2015 graduate of Empire Beauty School where she received her Cosmetology license.

She then furthered her education in 2020 to receive her license to teach Cosmetology.

Hannah found her home as a stylist for the past 8 years at Four Seasons Studio of Hair, located in Camp Hill PA.

She loves everything about hair, skin, and nails. However, she admits that her love to help students achieve their goals and thrive for excellence is what's most rewarding.

Not only is Hannah a phenomenal stylist and instructor, but she's also a very dedicated wife and mother to her daughter and two sons.

Ms. Terri Byrd

Affectionately known as Frankie.

Frankie has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2017 and a licensed educator since 2020.

In addition, she holds a degree in Beauty and Wellness from Mesa University, where she gained in-depth knowledge of hair and scalp science through the L'Oreal Cosmetic Science Cohort.

Frankie is the owner and operator of Juss Vibes Hair & Beauty Studio located in Lemoyne, PA. under her brand name JussFrankie, where she focuses on trichology- based scalp care, holistic hair restoration, and mentoring new stylist.

She also curates the annual Juss Barber & Beauty Networking Expo, an event designed to educate and connect beauty professionals.

Teaching and mentorship are true passions for Frankie. She is excited to share her knowledge, creativity, and experience with the students at Annie's Beauty Academy as well as help them grow into confidet, purpose-driven professionals.

Instructor

Ms. megan Brillhart

Megan has been a licensed esthetician since 2018.

She brings a wealth of experience from the med spa industry and six successful years of owning her own salon and spa where she specializes in lash extensions.

After teaching lash extension application for many years, Megan has become an expert in the field and a trusted mentor for aspiring beauty professionals.

As an educator at Annie's Beauty Academy, Megan combines her deep industry expertise with a hands-on compassionate approach to teaching.

Her mission is to empower future estheticians to excel, innovate, and embrace their passion for making others feel beautiful.

She believes that learning esthetics is about more than mastering techniques, it's about fostering creativity, confidence, and connecting with the students and clients.

Instructor

Ms. Carrie Pena

Carrie has been a licensed massage therapist for over 25 years and a licensed esthetician for 4 years.

She's originally from New Mexico, which is where she received her massage therapy license.

Carrie has called PA her home for the past 8 years which is where she received her esthetics license.

She started her esthetics career at Hand and Stone in Camp Hill, PA. while building her clientele for her home-based spa.

Carrie is excited to share her knowledge and expertise with the students at Annie's Beauty Academy.

Teaching is a true passion for Carrie. She's eager to mentor students in their growth and passion for the beauty industry as well as for those that may be interested in growing their own business as she has done.
